Home to Seminole Feed

Seminole Feed® has a long dedicated history of serving the horse industry. On April 24, 1934, the first Seminole retail store opened its doors in Ocala, Florida. The building was small and humble, but its founders had big dreams and an absolute commitment to bringing excellent service and expertise to customers in the areas of feed, seed, fertilizer and other agriculture products.

In the 1950’s, the company grew rapidly as the Thoroughbred industry of North Central Florida thrived. To meet the needs of horse farms in Marion County, the company built a feed mill and began specifically manufacturing horse feed in January 1968. Seminole insisted on quality products, service and value, along with ongoing research for its customers. The company’s dedication and hard work paid off. Today, Seminole Feed®, located in downtown Ocala, Florida, the “Horse Capital of the World,” is an all-natural mill, manufacturing only non-medicated products and “The World’s Best Equine Feeds”.
